Juggling Workshops are a great opportunity to add fun and positive energy to any event.

In a safe and lighthearted environment, participants learn how to juggle 3 balls in under an hour!

Juggling is an excellent activity for the mind and body, and is a great way to boost energy and reduce stress.

Workshops are designed based on your needs, and can touch on special themes such as: building confidence, learning to live in the present moment, facing challenges in our every day lives – “dropping the ball”, and team building.
